This year will see some exciting new multisport events in Teesdale. These include:

1) The first ever Teesdale Aquathlon-

Date: 11th April 2010

Distance: 400m pool swim / 3 mile lapped run

Located at Teesdale Leisure Centre, Barnard Castle. DL12 8DS

2) Teesdale Try a Triathlon

Date: 28th March 2010

Located at Teesdale Leisure Centre, Barnard Castle. DL12 8DS

Developed for those who are thinking about taking up triathlon.

It will be 3 x 30min classes of spinning, running drills and swimming technique.
