08/03/2010 - Regional Biathlon (Different)

A message from Linda Richardson

This years regional qualifier for the National Biathlon (swim/run) - which will be held at Wavertree Sports Park in Liverpool on the 4th July 2010 - will be held at Teesdale Leisure Centre on May 9th. The top 6 competitors in each category at Teesdale qualify for the National Biathlon.

-Please note that both events above will be held under British Modern Pentathlon rules and not BTF rules. However, due to the nature of the swim/run format, this race can also accomodate for triathletes (BTF).

Please feel free to pass on this message and entry form to anyone you think may be interested in competing or even just having a go to see if they like it.

Anyone that competes in the Schools Biathlon, please take the form into school and see if anyone else wants to give Biathlon a try – this is an ideal opportunity to have a go before the Schools Biathlon on 14th November – more details to follow when head office release them.
