Open Water Swimming, Lake District 2nd May
Tri4u Coaching will be hosting coached one hour open water swimming sessions for both juniors and seniors based on ability for beginner, intermediate and advanced in the Lake District, starting from 9am on Sunday 2nd May.
Tri4u coaches Barry and Phil Jameson will be leading open water swim sessions to cater for the needs of each group. The session will cost just £3.50 and there will be full safety boat cover for the duration.
