12-week base training fitness & conditioning programme:

Ideal for those relatively new to multisport or those lacking motivation over the winter months. This programme also includes some highly effective boredom-blitzing turbo workouts

12-week duathlon training programme:

Fancy doing an off-road duathlon over the autumn/winter? You will be race-ready by choosing a personalised training programme that will also help build superb fitness levels to get you through the off-season

Long distance running programme:

For those looking to take on a new running challenge over the next few months, or step up to a new distance, it is important to build strength and endurance steadily, in order to avoid injury. A 12-week programme, specific to your chosen distance (10K, Half Marathon or Marathon) will help you do this and record that elusive PB
