Tri4u Warm Weather Triathlon Training Camp – Italy:

Tri4u coach, multiple World Champion Barry Jameson will be leading a Warm Weather Training Camp in Riccione, Italy in partnership with Tri Cycle Sports. Following a very successful 2010 camp athletes of all abilities achieved personal success including National / European Championship winners, World Championship representatives and Ironman finishers.
Structured training sessions led by top-level coaches with seminar talks on areas such as nutrition, planning your training and injury prevention technique.
Suitable for all abilities, from Novice to Elite. Swimming sessions will be in Riccione's Aquatic Centre, which boasts two heated 50m pools and was used by Olympic legend Michael Phelps before the 2009 world championships. Open water training in the waters of Adriatic is also included.
Guided cycle rides to cater for respective standards in the stunning Emilio Romagna area of Italy where the great Marco Pantani trained.
Running coaching at the six-lane municipal track in Riccione and on the footpaths and beach of the endless sea front.

Half-board accommodation: The camp base will be the superb Hotel Fedora on the Adriatic seafront at Riccione, including wine with evening meal and complimentary food after cycle rides.
