Happy New Year!
This Saturday (6th January) sees the Regional Academy start up again for the 2007 season.This months session will start at 11:45 in the club room at the Benfield Centre for Sporting Excellence, Benfield Road, Newcastle, NE6 4NU..
The session will run until 1:45pm. Parents are welcome to come, watch, ask advice and get involved.
The session is open to everyone aged 11-18 years old. If you have running spikes, fell shoes, cross country shoes then please bring them, if you haven't then don't worry as trainers will work fine.
The session on Saturday will not involve any swimming, but will involve running drills, weights and core stability work and will be coached by Bob Hogg & Barry Jameson.
