Alnwick Tri Club's summer training starts this week.

• Tuesday nights - 10-mile time-trial at Amble with the opportunity to run off the bike.
• Thursday nights - open water swim training at Druridge Bay.

For both, meet at 6:45, event starting at 7pm.

• Saturday morning - Open water sea swim for the more insane/ hard core. 8.30am Sugar Sands.

All sessions are free, and are open to members of the region's tri clubs.
