At least two relay teams of 4 disabled triathletes will be participating at the National Triathlon Club Championships 2008, taking place at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham on Saturday 2nd August. The Triathlon England Disabled Triathlete teams will be managed by Julian Wills, National Equity Manager, and Morgan Williams, Yorkshire and Humberside Regional Development Manager.
Any other disabled triathletes who would like to join the team, for the relay over 500m (o/w)Swim - 15km Bike - 5km Run, should contact Julian Wills on 01822 850454 or julianwills@britishtriathlon.org
The event venue is completely disabled accessible and was voted the British Triathlon Event of the Year 2007. Both bike and run courses are completely flat and are ideal for disabled triathlete participation.
