Charlotte Ellis of Cleveland Triathlon Club together with her sighted “minder” Tony Main travelled down to Sheffield on Saturday to compete in the British Disabled Championships.

I am please to report that they returned with a silver medal, completing the sprint distance course in a time of 01:31:00. Well done.
